Made, never used pork in a curry before. It's actually lovely. I did in oven in a casserole pot. About 3hours. I've added a chilli, after trying all as per recipe just because I live a bit of heat. (used 2 mild curry powder/1 medium) Just for personal taste I'd use meduim in future. Added Greek yogurt on top for extra creamyness.
