Creamy Cajun Chicken Meatballs

I often get asked how I create recipes. Pretty much like this- it’s the reverse of following a recipe, I will experiment to what I think it should look/taste like, measure everything and write it down. I’ve gotten pretty good at it being so accurate to create a delicious meal ❤️
