Simple Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

I wanted to create something which was completely family friendly, this has the mellow chicken stew flavours with potatoes and carrots, you can add peas at the end if your little ones like those too, just mix in half an hour before serving.

Adjusting the thickness. Remember every slow cooker is different. You can add 1 tbsp cornflour & 1 tbsp water slurry to thicken, it will need to cook for 30 more minutes before serving to thicken. If the stew is too thick, you can water down with some stock or milk to create a creamy consistency.
