Low Carb- two people in my life became diabetic at the same time, and I feel it’s a bit of a mine field knowing what to eat.

My bestie gave me this idea to eat this in Lettuce Cups (little gem is great) this is ideal for diabetics needing a low carb option and honestly so so delicious!
