The whole meal is insanely delicious by my god you won’t cook sweetheart cabbage any other way from now on. A herby oil would be nice if you don’t like chutney, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 garlic cloves minced, 2 tbsp chopped rosemary then it needs sweetness too so 1 tbsp honey, mix together and drizzle before baking the sausages and cabbage!
