Notes

You will get varying amount of excess water coming from the chicken/onions/peppers which is basically a spiced stock. If using the filling straight away drain this liquid but do not throw away!! This makes the perfect little soup/ramen stock.

Or like I did refrigerate and it re-absorbs into the chicken and veg and you can prepare the other recipes with the cold chicken fajita and simply roast- recipes coming in the next two days.
