On a baking tray, add: 1 chicken breast, diced, 3 rashers smoked bacon, sliced, and 1 ciabatta roll, cubed. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle over ½ tsp garlic granules and ½ tsp dried mixed herbs. Mix everything well so it’s evenly coated.
