Peel sweet potatoes (optional) and cut into chip-sized pieces. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic granules, and 1 tsp paprika. Spread on a tray and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.

I had 2 chicken breasts so used this plus I had some panko breadcrumbs so i make chicken nuggets and sweet pot fries.
